With just a little over a day to go, it’s time to look at what Genshin Impact’s next major content update is set to bring in its first phase. On November 2nd, the JRPG’s version 3.2 – Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises will hit the floors as Sumeru’s Archon Quest finally concludes. In the climax, players will find local allies, new playable heroes, and numerous events to look forward to.
Phase one of Genshin Impact’s v3.2 update kicks off with three event wishes. The Moongrass’ Enlightenment will showcase 5-star Physic of Purity Nahida while Tapestry of Golden Flames will increase the drop rate of 5-star Frolicking Flames Yoimiya. For the weapons, Epitome Invocation will feature the A Thousand Floating Dreams Catalyst and Thundering Pulse Bow.
Available permanently after this update is the new playable heroine, Nahida’s story quest Sapientia Oromasdis Chapter. The quest is reserved for players above Adventure Rank 40, provided they have completed the Archon Quest: Chapter III: Act V.
Once Sumeru’s shenanigans are over, travellers will also be able to participate in a couple of in-game events. Adventurer’s Trials will be available between November 4th and 21st. In this event, players will take part in various training challenges that have been set up for rookies.
The second event, titled Fabulous Fungus Frenzy will be held between November 10th and 28th, where players above AR 30 will take part in the Nilotpala Cup Beast Tamers Tournament. Players will also be able to invite Dori to their parties. Rewards for both these events include Primogems, Mora, Talent Level-Up Materials, and Weapon Ascension Materials.
Players above AR 20 will be able to access the new battle pass as well, called A Previous Life. Access either the Gnostic Hymn or the Gnostic Chorus to earn Intertwined Fate and 4-star weapons. Each level of the battle pass will require 900 BEP instead of 1,000 BEP this time around.
